Redline Fitness

Performance Training Built for Motorcycle Riders

Redline Fitness is built around one simple idea: your body is your most important piece of riding gear. Our training is designed to help you ride stronger, longer, and with more control—no matter what you ride.

Every plan is tailored to address the real-world physical demands of riding. That means improving strength where it counts, increasing your endurance for longer sessions, and building mobility so you feel more fluid and comfortable in the saddle. The goal isn’t just to help you “get in shape”—it’s to help you feel more confident, capable, and in control every time you throw a leg over the bike.

Redline welcomes riders of all types and experience levels. Whether you’re a casual cruiser who wants to reduce fatigue on long rides, a commuter looking to improve posture and comfort, or a competitive racer chasing peak performance, you’ll find a training plan that meets you where you are.

Eli’s personal connection to the riding community—combined with years of experience as both a personal trainer and track rider—means the programs feel relevant, practical, and built for the real world. You don’t need to be chasing trophies to benefit. If you ride, Redline is for you.

Overview

How will personal training benefit me?

With over 15 years of experience in the fitness industry, Eli Mazer is a nationally certified personal trainer and co-owner of both Auburn Fitness Solutions and Redline Fitness. A lifelong athlete and passionate motorcycle enthusiast, Eli has dedicated his career to helping clients move better, feel stronger, and perform at their best—both in everyday life and on two wheels.

After recovering from a serious motorcycle accident himself, Eli experienced firsthand the physical demands and vulnerabilities that come with life on a bike. That journey inspired him to bridge the gap between traditional fitness and rider-specific performance.

Through a strategic blend of strength training, mobility work, and neuromuscular control, Eli helps riders:

Whether you’re a weekend cruiser looking to ride longer without pain, a daily commuter wanting more comfort and control, or an aspiring racer chasing podiums, Eli’s coaching is built to give your body the strength, stability, and stamina it needs to perform—ride after ride.
